Political plantation strongholds will be decimated. For the first time in American history a plurality of minority and rural districts will receive 100’s of millions of $ from the coffers of fortune 500 companies annually…by virtue of the largest charitable entity in US History made possible by a new coalition CHARITY ENTERPRISE that focuses on a money stream of access to serving underserved districts via the US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.

WHY WE NEED A GIANT IN THE WINGS COALITION CHARITY represented IN THE US HOUSE OF RERESENTATIVES, LIBERTARIAN PARTY …a new version of our original continental congress because the Plantation fairy tale of welfare has failed underserved communities. AN INDEPENDENT BOARD OF DIRECTORS AS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CHARITY will issue to newly elected LIBERTARIAN PARTY US HOUSE REPRESENTATIVES as sitting members of their own caucus, directive proxy votes as directors of fund allocations for specific purposes and projects in their respective previously designated “underserved” districts.

The Board of Directors will collaborate, plan. direct, select, hire and build. Surrogates will enter into daily negotiations with city or rural governing units regarding zoning and development…a vision for America that will be the celebration of free enterprise…with billions of $ from the piggy bank of the Fortune 500. The vast majority of Americans no matter where they live would prefer freedom and opportunity over dependence.

A Independent Board of Directors for the Giant Charity will in union with Fortune 500 financial contributors establish a joint resolution to provide access to funding to select “underserved” voter districts. Each district will be represented by a LIBERTARIAN US House of Representatives caucus member who will by virtue of proxy voting shares will work in conjunction with the Board of Directors, to the express purpose of allocation of funds for the specific purpose of enterprise development in each of the districts.

The representatives will implement their inner-city and rural districts investment directives as submitted by local district committees consisting of district residents who will issue written declarations of their specific desires and priorities to their representatives.

THE INDEPENDENT BOARD OF DIRECTORS representing the Charity will apply the money to the nuts and bolts of getting things done restricted only by the allocations of funds as directed by the elected representatives in The US House of Representative caucus. The caucus will be strictly limited to membership of underserved districts only as so designated by the joint resolution of the Independent Board of Directors and financial contributors.

Neither the Representatives of the district nor the Board of Directors shall decide independently from the other as to how much and to what priority for each district the money shall be used. Once allocation of funds is agreed upon, the Board of Directors will apply the money to the nuts and bolts of getting things done restricted only by allocations of funding as agreed upon.

MANAGE PROXY CONTROL

Transfer of proxy voting shares from Representatives leaving office to successors or re-distributed among remaining Representatives. No one will have the authority to sell or trade or hold proxy votes. Redistribution of proxy votes with each new election cycle.

Funds may be appropriated for current expenditure and may not be backloaded for future projects. Backloading money only leads to accumulated factions of power over a rival priority. These voting powers are only for active projects, current and succeeding year investments. A limitation upon the caucus members from establishing welfare funding should be linked in fact to the Board Charter, so prohibiting welfare funding and prioritize job creation. Welfare is already a part of Federal and State mandates.

The fortune 500 board members as representative of private corporations are far more likely to finance a new kind of social justice doctrine that is in line with their own best long term interests in supporting a political faction that does not espouse welfare handouts.

The cash cows will be watching so make sure the “Fairness Libertarian” House caucus Representatives do not become a welfare gift rather than wealth creation enterprise. Best to put in place a party platform and CHARTER OF INCORPORATION funded initially by private start-up funds. RAISE MONEY. Select Board Members. Identify district targets. Recruit local district volunteers to garner support from local organizations. Create selection committee to select candidate preferences. Screen candidates for political office, criminal and credit checks. Interviews, prior employment status. Evaluate status name recognition within district. Select candidate. NO PRIMARY! Finance campaigns…a big order if going after 100 districts right out of the box.

Primary voting may be required by state law but a selection committee may be able to mitigate a selection process and funding for a 1st round pick.
